I got to understand what motivates buyers, how to put a presentation in front of them, the key KPI’s, how to grab their attention, how to get the brand to stand out. So there was an awful lot to learn. The fact it was modules that I could do at my own pace was fantastic. It is very competitive out there so any little edge that you’ve got can really help you. I’m really pleased we took part in Wizz’s retail programme.
